4. Right to Cancel & Returns

  • Standard Items: Consumers hold full legal rights to return non-perishable, unpersonalized retail items within 30 days of receiving the package.
  • Exemptions: Due to their specialized or custom nature, the following merchandise lines are strictly exempt from return options:

    • Clearance Items: Clearance or final sale items.
    • Gift Cards: Digital or physical gift card balances.
  • Items must remain 100% unused, in resalable condition, and in their original packaging components with proof of purchase included.
  • Transit Damage Reporting: If an item arrives broken or incorrect, you must alert our support desk within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence of the item and original exterior packaging box to activate an immediate replacement or full refund processing.

5. No Restocking Fees

For all eligible, authorized returns, Arches Trading Post charges $0.00 Restocking Fees. Return shipping postage fees for remorse-driven "change of mind" returns remain the sole financial responsibility of the consumer. If the item is verified as damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, Arches Trading Post will cover the return shipping costs.
